Scope

Provision of experienced leadership and technical personnel across key functions, including Project Management, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, and Supervision for the Mt Kynock Water Treatment Plant Upgrade. Integrate with the client and contractors to support a design and construct delivery model, overseeing site establishment, excavation, and complex plant construction works within a live operational environment.
